The title of the show refers to the sound of a record skipping, where when the title is read; the words themselves produce the sound of a hypothetical stuck record. This alludes to the repeat nature of a production line in ceramic making, to mark making in drawing, to notes in music and to repeating sounds in the world. It signals beginning of a new direction in that this is my first solo show that isn't "pottery".
