"An excercise in throwing skill, trying to create a piece that will stack (and therefore unstack).  This was done by incorporating the lid for the larger pot into the base of the descending-sized pot.  The decoration is of a man thinking about (dreaming of?) a woman.  A corresponding set of five paintings was produced in the same vein as this piece.  The same image, each in descending order of size.  Wood/soda fired."
