Helen Holmes

The work of Helen Holmes has always been strongly influenced by the natural New Zealand environment.  Working across several disciplines including sculpture, jewellery and textiles, Helen always manages to incorporate her love of all things natural in her work. Her long experience as a working artist and knowledge of processes has enabled her to create extraordinary sculptural works in cast bronze, copper and brass, and beautiful unusual jewellery using silver, leather and semi-precious stones. Helen graduated in 1986 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts specialising in jewellery.
