AVID uses NZ Post and Pace Courier Post for sending smaller items within New Zealand, and Mainfreight for larger items.
For small items that fit in a DLE courier envelope the charge is approximately NZ$5, or NZ$10 if going to a rural address. Additional charges will apply for insurance of items over $1500 value.
For packages under 25kg and not bigger than a winebox the price ranges from NZ$15 to NZ$60. Additional charges will apply for insurance of items over $1500
Packages over 25kg or bigger than a winebox are sent via Mainfreight or other local freight company, and are priced by weight and size. Quotes can be provided on request.
Freight costs vary depending on your location and the size and weight of the item. We can give exact costs once we know the size and weight of the package, the destination address, and the speed of service you require.
Small parcels such as jewellery items are sent via International Economy Courier, a tracked secure service, which takes less than one working week to most destinations. The base cost to Australia is around NZ$25.
